How long will it take to receive my order?

We ship within 24 hours of receiving your payment. Most orders take 5-8 days for delivery.

How can I know my order status?

Once we send the bags, we will give you a tracking number, with which you can check your order online. We are also keeping an eye on your bags until they reach you.

What shipping method do you use?

We send order via air-express like EMS、TNT、UPS.& Fedex .

What type of material used for making of the bags?

We source the materials used are very close to the original bags,mainly consisting of genuine leather,calfskin,lambskin,crocodile or python.

Does the bags come with dust bag, serial number, tag/booklet, locks and keys

Yes, all our bags come with serial number stamp, dust bag, tag/booklet, locks and keys (if applicable).

Do you sell retail or wholesale?

Yes. We sell single bag as well as bulk purchases. Sample orders acceptable.

Do you have custom other designers handbags or purses?

Yes, just write us about your requirements, preferably with pictures. We will contact you for further discussions.

How do I place orders?

You can place your order by shopping cart, or email. By email, just write to [email protected] to indicate which bags you want, with product name/model, quantities, preferably with pictures. Once we receive your order, we will check if in stock for you. If you agree, you can make your full payment via Western Union, MoneyGram or bank transfer, credit card. We will send your package once we get the money.
